Have you seen embossed printed paper flowers? I have noticed some postings recently and decided to give it a try. I started with several sheets from Jen Hadfield’s DIY 6 inch paper pad in peach, brown and blues.

I started by embossing brown prints for the leaves using Altenew’s Wallpaper Art stamp set. I embossed peach and blue flowers as well. I started the card with a blue printed base mounted on White Cougar Cardstock. The next layer is a yummy Stardream Rose Quartz Cardstock. dry embossed with a stencil. I used the same blue print paper to create the sentiment strip.

Look at the gorgeous colors and the layered effects!

I was able to create a second card using a leftover flower as well. I cut the sentiment from the same Stardream Rose Quartz cardstock. I used a piece of dark blue cardstock from the All American Coor’dinations set as well as a printed peach piece for the base.
